Digital Coloring Sheets sells digital products and digital generation services. No physical item is shipped.

Because generated files, downloadable ZIP packages and digital access cannot be physically returned, purchases are final and non-refundable once digital delivery/access has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If a paid generation fails before a finished project is delivered, the account credit or guest 1-Creation entitlement is restored automatically.
