Digital Product & Refund Policy

Please review these terms before purchasing downloadable mystery coloring products or creation credits.

Digital delivery

Our digital products and creation credits are supplied electronically. No physical item is shipped unless a separate product listing explicitly states otherwise.

Failed generations

If a paid generation fails before a finished project is delivered, the account credit or guest creation entitlement is restored according to the service's checkout process.

Refund requests

Once a digital download has been accessed, delivered, or used, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law. If your payment was duplicated, your download failed, or a technical problem prevents access to a purchased product, contact us so we can investigate and offer an appropriate solution.

How to request assistance

Email support@digitalcoloringsheets.com with the email used at checkout, your order reference if available, the date, and a description of the problem. Do not include full card details.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights that apply in your location.
